The USMCR’s Toys for Tots campaign is back at the post. Last year, we filled a total of 30 bags and 14 bikes. This year, let’s shoot for 31 or more boxes and even more bikes.
The Post has regularly increased the total number of boxes each year, and contributed a large number of toys for the event. The toys must be new and in their original packaging. No used or opened toys are accepted.
As an added incentive this year, all Post members of the winning service or family member group will receive $3 drink/food chips for use at the Post. So, if the Navy wins by filling the most Navy boxes, then all Navy veterans will receive $3 drink chips. There are boxes for all five services, the SAL, Auxiliary and ALR. Let’s fill them up, people!
