Post’s Partnership with Culver’s At 4th of July a Success

Culver’s of Kennesaw, a franchise store that’s part of America’s fastest growing restaurant chain known for their frozen custard, partnered with the Ron Asby North Cobb American Legion Post 304 to sell frozen custard single serve cups at the Acworth 4th of July celebration in Cauble Park. The Legion sold out all of the custard provided and made a profit of over $1100 that will go to necessary programs and operations at the Post.

Bill Lewis, owner of the franchise store located in Kennesaw at the corner of Acworth Due West and Cobb Parkway, made it a point early on after opening the store to show the location’s support for veterans by providing the Post with frozen custard and allowing us to resell them for fundraising efforts for the Legion. The Post thanks Bill Lewis and his daughter, Farris, for all the support they have given to our Post.

Culver’s has a full menu of sandwiches and sides, as well as many flavors of their famous custard. The Ron Asby Post recommends to our membership visiting the restaurant as thanks for their support to us. You can find directions to the restaurant HERE.
