On March 19th, members and local dignitaries held a ribbon cutting ceremony to officially re-dedicate the Post to the Ron Asby North Cobb American Legion Post 304. Acworth Mayor Tommy Allegood, along with numerous others, spoke about the dedication of the Post to serving the community and veterans, servicemembers and their families.
Along with the ribbon cutting ceremony, the Post celebrated the 100th anniversary of the American Legion. Members and guests enjoyed sandwiches and drinks in honor of the founding of the American Legion 100 years ago.
