Post 304 had a presence at the 2021 Taste of Acworth today in downtown Acworth. Our volunteers manned two booths selling water and soda to patrons as they enjoyed samples from area restaurants. Thankfully, JRM Management provided all the product and we provided the labor, and our take was $1198.00. Not bad for 7 hours.
We would like to thank Dan Harr, Sam and Taylor Adams, Larry “Tug” Hale, Terry Hendrix and Wayne Tumbleson for helping with the event. Great job, guys.
Stay tuned, we may be doing the same thing for the upcoming Taste of Kennesaw and will again need volunteers. More information in the next week or so.
