Several members of Post 304, including Chuck Guta, Martha Thompson and Bucky Logan, participated in the 2023 Polar Plunge held at Cauble Park in Acworth. Cheered on by David Grant and his wife, along with Larry Redding, Post members helped raise funds for Special Olympics are the annual event. Each year, the Polar Plunge events around the nation are the largest fundraising events for Special Olympics and Post 304 is proud to be able to participate.
