On May 30, 2022, the Ron Asby American Legion Post 304 hosted the Kennesaw Memorial Day ceremony. Originally scheduled to be held at the Kennesaw Cemetery, the event was moved by Kennesaw Mayor Derek Easterling and Post Commander Naomie Munevar after threatening weather moved into the area. The event was attended by a large crowd and the Post was packed with those commemorating those who have died in the service of our Country.
