Yes it’s May and trees, flowers and yes pollen have shown their presence. The weather is much warmer, but, oh yeah, we live in Georgia so no guarantees.
Final nominations and Elections for the Legion Officers will be held at the May meeting on Thursday the 16th. I encourage you to attend the meeting and to consider one of our leadership positions. Positions include: Commander; Sr. Vice Commander (fills in when the President is absent and is responsible for membership), Jr. Vice Commander of Social Quarters, Jr. Vice Commander of Assembly Hall, Jr. Vice Commander External Property and Jr. Vice Commander Programs. The other family members have their nominations and elections as well at their respective meetings this month.
