This coming Monday is July 4th. We are still needing volunteers to help load trailers, move items from the Post to Cauble Park, set up, operate the booth throughout the day and then help tear down after the event.
If you can help, please come to the Post on Monday morning at 10am. We will be loading trailers then. If you can help set up at Cauble Park, please arrive no later than 11:30am. If you can help run the booth throughout the day, please be on hand any time from 1pm to 10pm. We will be tearing down after the fireworks, approx. 10pm.
During the day, we will need AT LEAST four people manning the booth at all times – two to take and manage money and at least two (or more) to hand out product.
We will be selling Water, Coke, Diet Coke and Sprite, along with single serve cups of Culvers Frozen Custard.
Prices will be as follows:
Water and soda: $2 eac or 3 for $5.
Culvers: $3 each or 2 for $5.
If you can help and want to be able to drive into the park instead of using shuttles, PLEASE provide us your names NO LATER THAN 10am tomorrow (Friday).
