There were several birthday celebrations this past week at the Post. First up, the U.S. Coast Guard turned 234 on Sunday and the Post celebrated on Monday. To celebrate, Post members and Coast Guard veterans Chuck Polk and Vince Dicecco were on hand to cut the cake.
Then, three “Old Farts” had August birthdays, including Don Akers, Danny Townsend and our new Commander, Chuck Guta. Congrats to everyone for reaching your new milestones.
