Eldrige Holloway and John Finch will be hosting basic self defense courses at the Post on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7pm to 9pm, and Saturday afternoons from noon to 2pm. The first course will be held Saturday, April 1st from noon to 2pm, with a demonstration by John and Eldrige. This is basic self defense for men, women, seniors and teens and is open to anyone ages 10 and up. Anyone in the community may attend.
The cost is $10 per month per person and all proceeds go to the American Legion Post 304.
