On Saturday, November 18th, the Post will be selling smoked pork butts at our annual fundraising event. Dave Sibley and Jack Kimmich are the grillmasters and will be smoking the meats on Friday the 17th. If you want to volunteer to assist, just show up.
Each butt will be approximately 6-10 lbs of deliciousness.
The price for the butts is $35. This is a DEAL!!!
You can reserve your pork butt now at the Post bar so we know how many to smoke.
We will also be chopping up some butts and serving chicken quarters with all the trimmings. The price is $12.50 for chicken and $15 for pork. Get ’em while they’re fresh!
Hours for butt pick-up or dining in on chicken and pork plates will be from 11:00am to 6:00pm.
