We are going to update the Post Constitution and By-Laws, and this posting is part of the official dissemination to the membership of the proposed changes. The new Constitution and By-Laws will be voted on at the OCTOBER 17 General Membership Meeting.
The biggest change is that the previously single document is being separated into to different documents – one of the Constitution and one for the By-Laws.
