WATER-FIRE-MOLD-STORM DAMAGE TECHNICIAN
JOB DESCRIPTION & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • *Job scope includes Water Damage Restoration, Mold Remediation and Fire/Smoke Restoration
  • *Experience in construction preferred
  • *IICRC ASD, WRT, AMRT, FSRT certifications are preferred
  • *We provide 24/7 emergency service & so must have cell phone and ability to periodically be on call
  • *Must be able to work effectively both individually and as part of a team
  • *Must have an eye for detail, take good care of equipment, and be well organized
  • *Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • *Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
  • *Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
  • *Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
  • *Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals (protective gear provided)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Compensation: $11 to $15 / hour

WATER-FIRE-MOLD-STORM DAMAGE LEAD TECHNICIAN
JOB DESCRIPTION & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • *Job scope includes Water Damage Restoration, Mold Remediation and Fire/Smoke Restoration
  • *Ensure a successful, safe, timely, and profitable project delivery and completion
  • *Establish clear communications with management and other technicians (especially regarding customer’s needs and concerns)
  • *Manage documentation on projects (e.g. photos, scope sheets, readings, data submission, etcetera)
  • *Schedule employee / contractor personnel (team) for projects, validate time worked, and coordinate directly with the homeowners
  • *Assist in ensuring all safety measures are enforced on jobsite
  • *Possess computer skills and basic knowledge of mobile applications
  • *Perform job site staging and takedown
  • *Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
  • *Validate that vehicle and equipment are properly organized, cleaned, and ready for the next job
  • *Maintain professional personal appearance and hygiene for self and ensure the same for team
  • *Experience in construction preferred
  • *Minimum of one IICRC ASD, WRT, AMRT, FSRT certification
  • *We provide 24/7 emergency services and so you must have the ability to periodically be on-call
