Recently, American Legion Post 304 member Dan Harr donated two service dog vests to Off The Chain K9 trainers on behalf of the Post. OTCK9 co-owner Darrell Swanson picked up the vests at the Post, and plans on using them as part of their service dog training courses. Dan had received the vests as extra shipments from Chewy.com, an online pet supply company. Instead of requesting the vests back in return, Chewy.com asked that they be donated.
