It is that time of year again when you have the opportunity to sponsor a wreath for the grave of a veteran through Wreaths Across America. As their motto says, Remember (our fallen U.S. veterans), Honor (those who served), and Teach (your children the value of freedom). Every year Post 304 sponsors wreaths at the Georgia National Cemetery, located off highway 20 in Canton, GA, as well as the veteran section at the Marietta cemetery in Marietta, GA. Both are beautiful locations for our fallen heroes, and Post 304 has contributed significantly to provide wreaths for each and every grave at the cemeteries during the Christmas season.
You can sponsor a wreath online, or visit the Post and obtain the information for sponsoring a wreath through Post 304. For each wreath sponsored through Post 304, we receive a small portion back for our various veteran’s support funds.
