Nothin’ to Lose, the band that has previously appeared at the Post, returns to entertain our memebers once again on August 24th at 7pm. This evening promises to be a fun time so please make sure to attend.
Nothin’ To Lose grew out of an open mic hosted by guitarist-singer Larry Vogel and singer-songwriter Anne Cowles, who originally coined the name Nothin’ To Lose for their musical duo.
The five-member band performs class rock from the 1960s to 1980s, at a level that still allows audience members to carry on a conversation!
Other band members are:
- Mike Davis, a seasoned percussionist who has performed with several Atlanta-area musicians;
- John Zaia, who hails from Boston and has played bass guitar with several bands since the 1970s. He is also an accomplished violinist;
- Ron Caird is a singer-songwriter and guitarist who has performed at several metro Atlanta venues since the 1990s.
Nothin’ To Lose is considered a good-time band. For them, it’s all about letting loose and enjoying the evening! Audience participation (singing, dancing) is greatly encouraged!
