The American Legion’s 82nd National Oratorical Contest, “A Constitutional Speech Contest,” will be held in Indianapolis at the Wyndham West Hotel April 6-7. The top three high school orators out of will advance to Sunday’s finals for a chance to earn $48,000 in scholarships.
